Thanks for the quick turnaround on the HD FBF conversion of my 16mm films from the 20s, 30s and 40s. I looked at the results closely and am very satisfied with the quality. They are definitely suitable for archiving these historical films. I especially appreciate the ability to grab a single frame without seeing interlacing or interpolation artifacts and create online images or prints.

As you know I tried several local and nationally-advertised conversion companies only to be disappointed with either the quality of the conversion or the carelessness of the handling of the films or both. I had some of my films damaged and wasted well over $2,000 in conversions before I found your company.

I would definitely recommend your service.

As soon as I finish documenting and archiving the conversions I will send in the next batch. We still have several thousand feet that need to be converted and given the lower price of the HD FBF process I may have you re-do some of the footage that was done by the "other" HD FBF company in Arizona.

Dear Sir-

Thank you for the excellent turnaround time on converting my 79 Super 8 video reels.
I wasn't expecting my video for several months and the whole thing was at my doorstep less than a week after I sent the reels to you!

I am cutting out the unfocused and blank sections using the loaner hard drive in an effort to fit the good video on my local hard drive for future editing. I should have the hard drive back to you in a week or so.

Dear Sir,
I tried all combinations using the firewire but no luck.
I then removed the IDE drive and put it in by HD Bay and it worked fine.
So tonight I will make a backup. Thanks for all of you help.
I looked at a few minutes of each file and they look very good.
I hadn't seen these movies in years but the one I remember looks better than it did on the screen.
It will be a while before I splice together some small reels.

Hi Dear Sir - Thank you for doing such an excellent job on the WWI movie that you returned to me last week.
I sent it to my grandfather and he was thrilled to see it preserved and amazed how much easier it is to watch than threading his ancient 16mm projector!

Anyway, I sent out 2 more movies yesterday. One is on a 13-14" reel and the other is around 10".
I was wondering if you could please give me a call before processing them so I can tell him how much they are going to cost.
I definitely want them done, but I know it's going to be a lot of money so I want to warn him up front.
