Many of our competitors use standard firewire to create the digital transfer often resulting in a standard resolution of only 480 lines of resolution after the digital conversion. With the lower resolution, you lose the clarity and detail of the original film, leaving your digital version at a lower standard than the film shot decades ago. A typical movie film contains 1000 lines of resolution. Compare this to standard video at 480 lines of resolution and you'll notice a huge difference.

With our direct capture to digital, each reel can be copied to an external hard drive for viewing and editing on a computer. Whether a 50ft or 400ft reel, each film will be its own file.
